THE BODY SNATCHER

Henry Daniell and Boris Karloff square off in this original 1945 lobby card from one of Val Lewton's acclaimed 1940s chillers, "The Body Snatcher." There is a faintly-erased pencil "X" on Karloff's overcoat; otherwise the card itself is, like the "subjects" Boris supplied in the movie, "...in very good condition!" Directed by Robert Wise, who later gave us "The Day the Earth Stood Still" and the 1963 version of "The Haunting."
